- 3 cans whole green Ortega chilies
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- Parmesan cheese (as desired)
Directions

1Line 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

2Layer with whole green chilies, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.

3Repeat layers until chilies are all used.

4Beat eggs, flour and milk.

5Pour over layered mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

6Pour tomato sauce over casserole and bake additional 10 minutes.

7Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.

8Cool 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
