Chili-Rice Dinner

Ingredients

  • 34 lb ground chuck
  • 13 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 12 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 cup green pepper
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 13 cup water
  • 1 cup Minute Rice
  • 1 (12 ounce) packageshredded cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef, onion and pepper.

    Drain.

    Add spices and all other ingredients except rice.

    Bring to a full boil then stir iin rice.

    Reduce heat cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Mix and serve sprinkled with shredded cheese.

    You can also serve in cooked whole bell peppers and sprinkle with cheese which looks really impressive, but is super easy!
