Chili Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 3 cans tomato soup
  • 3 cans water
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chili powder to taste

Directions

    Saute onion and green pepper.

    Brown ground beef; add salt and pepper.

    Add this to the tomato soup and water.

    While this is simmering dice the potatoes and add to the mixture.

    Add chili powder.

    Cook slowly until potatoes are done.

    Canned kidney beans can be added if desired.
