Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions

    Mix dry ingrediants, then add milk and stir. Add eggs in three parts. Mix well after each addition. Put in refer covered with damp cloth for at least 1 hour.

    When Meat comes out of oven, raise temp to 425. Remove all but 1/2 cup grease. Pour batter in pan and bake 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
