Chili Squash

  • 1 acorn squash or any squash
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Dennison's chili with beans
  • chopped onions
  • grated cheese (sharp is my favorite)

    Cut the squash

    and set up in a pan.

    You may need to slice a little off the bottom to keep it from rolling. Bake at 300°

    (you may add a little water while cooking to keep squash moist).

    Divide chili into each squash and sprinkle with

    grated

    cheese.

    back into oven until cheese is melted. Add chopped onions, if desired.
