- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large can kidney beans
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- chili powder, salt, pepper and garlic to taste
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 large cans tomato soup
Directions

1In a large pot, combine beans, carrots, potatoes, onion and soup.

2Add 2 cups water to mixture and cook over low heat for 5 hours.

3Brown ground beef, along with chili powder, salt, pepper and garlic until meat is brown.

4Add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 more hour.

5Serve with salad and rolls.

6A good hot winter meal.
