- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 14 1/2 oz. can tomatoes
- 7 oz Ortega chilies, diced
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Flour meat and brown in fat.

2Add onion and garlic and cook. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 1 to 2 hours.

3Great in burritos, over rice, etc.
