  • 6 to 8 pork steaks, cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 (6 oz.) can tomatoes
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 2 large cans diced green chilies (Ortega)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • water

Directions

    In Dutch oven or frypan, brown pork steaks; add salt, pepper and onion.

    Stir until all liquid is gone.

    Add tomatoes (squished).

    Add garlic salt, chilies and enough water to cover meat mixture.

    Bring to a boil; simmer until tender.

    Serves 4 to 6.
