- 6 to 8 pork steaks, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 (6 oz.) can tomatoes
- garlic salt to taste
- 2 large cans diced green chilies (Ortega)
- salt and pepper to taste
- water
Directions

1In Dutch oven or frypan, brown pork steaks; add salt, pepper and onion.

2Stir until all liquid is gone.

3Add tomatoes (squished).

4Add garlic salt, chilies and enough water to cover meat mixture.

5Bring to a boil; simmer until tender.

6Serves 4 to 6.
