- 10 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 to 2 (4 oz. each) cans chopped green chilies
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Beat eggs until light and lemon colored.

3Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and butter.

4Blend until smooth.

5Stir in chilies. Pour mixture into well-buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

6(A partially baked pie crust could be used if you prefer.)

7Bake for about 35 minutes or until top is browned and center appears firm.

8Serve immediately.

9Makes 12 servings.

10(One can of chilies makes a milder dish.) Picante sauce can be served to individual taste.
