  • 5 Banana Pepper/Large Chillies
  • 1 cup Gram Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1 pinch Baking Soda

Directions

    Slit the chillies & take out the seeds completely.

    Then slice into long pieces.

    Mix gram flour, salt, baking soda, chilli powder, turmeric powder & water into a thick batter without any lumps.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Dip the chillies in the batter, covering both sides & deep fry till golden brown.
