- 1 cup Gram Flour
- 1/4 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 pinch Baking Soda
Directions

1Slit the chillies & take out the seeds completely.

2Then slice into long pieces.

3Mix gram flour, salt, baking soda, chilli powder, turmeric powder & water into a thick batter without any lumps.

4Heat oil in a pan.

5Dip the chillies in the batter, covering both sides & deep fry till golden brown.
