- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 jar pearl onions
Directions

1Combine soup, sugar, vinegar, oil and mustard.

2Boil until sugar dissolves.

4Pour over carrots and refrigerate.
