- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 12 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Directions

1In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients, except tortillas. Bring to a boil.

2Cover, reduce heat and simmer about 2 to 3 hours or until meat is very tender.

3Uncover and boil rapidly about 15 minutes or until water has almost evaporated.

4Remove from heat.

5Using two forks, shred meat very fine.
