- 3 1/2 cup Flour
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 1 Egg slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 tbsp Water
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 cup Shredded coconut (optional)
Directions

1In a large bowl, sift flour, add sugar, coconut and salt.

2mix together.

3Add butter and egg, using your hand mix very well.

4It will be crumbly.

5Pour milk and water.

6Mix well into a dough then kneed the dough until smooth

7Cut a chunk and roll on an oiled board to a 1/2cm thick.

8Using a sharp knife or fondant cutter, cut into 1cm*1cm chunks.

9Deep fry in hot oil until golden or light brown.

10Serve with milk or a drink or jst enjoy it as it is.
