Ingredients
- 1 lb. family or flank steak, cut in diagonal strips
- 2 Tbsp. oil (in frypan)
- 2 Tbsp. finely diced onions, browned
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 cubes beef bouillon
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. pea pods
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 4 small tomatoes, cut into 6 chunks each
Directions

1Fry first 6 ingredients until brown.

2Add beef bouillon and 1 1/2 cups water.

3Cook 10 minutes over low flame.

4Add pea pods; cook 5 minutes.

5Add mixture of cornstarch, soy sauce and 1/4 cup water.

6After thick and shiny, add tomatoes.

7Serve with Fried Rice.
