1pan fried beaten egg, sliced into thin stripes

2pealed carrot, cut into fine stripes

3cut celery into thin/fine stripes

4mixed all above together add in chicken stock powder for seasoning

5soften Chinese cabbage by boiling in hot water

6wrap filling with Chinese cabbages and set in metal plate

7stream for 15 minutes, added oyster sauce to taste
