  • 1 carrot
  • 2 stick celery
  • 8 slice Chinese cabbage
  • 2 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce

    pan fried beaten egg, sliced into thin stripes

    pealed carrot, cut into fine stripes

    cut celery into thin/fine stripes

    mixed all above together add in chicken stock powder for seasoning

    soften Chinese cabbage by boiling in hot water
  6. 6
    wrap filling with Chinese cabbages and set in metal plate
  7. 7
    stream for 15 minutes, added oyster sauce to taste
