- 36 chicken wings
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. dark brown sugar, packed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Cut off wing tips and wrap and freeze for stock/broth.

3Cut chicken wings into two pieces, separating them at the joint.

4Put the 36 parts in each of 2 large shallow roasting pans.

5Combine the soy sauce and the sugars and pour the mixture over the chicken.

6Bake for 30 minutes.

7Remove from the oven and turn each piece.

8Return pans to the oven for 30 minutes. Turn the wings again and cook for about 20 minutes longer or until mahogany colored and very tender.

9Transfer wings to a large, warm platter and garnish with a bouquet of parsley.
