- 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 c. frozen or fresh peas
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
Directions

1Brown ground beef.

2Add onion to drippings and cook to soften. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

3Bake in casserole for 45 minutes at 350°.
