- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cans water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup uncooked minute rice
- Chinese noodles
Directions

1Cook beef, onion, celery and green pepper together until tender.

2Add soups, water, soy sauce and rice.

3Combine and bake covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

4Sprinkle Chinese noodles on top.

5Bake uncovered another 15 minutes.
