- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 3 c. water
Directions

1Crack shells on eggs, but do not peel.

2Mix soy sauce and water in pot; bring to boil.

3Add 1/2 of the eggs and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

4Remove and cool.

5Cook other 1/2 of the eggs.

6When all the eggs are cooled, peel the eggs.

7Cut eggs into wedges and serve.
