- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. cabbage
- 2 onions
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
Directions

1Preheat frypan at 300°.

2Put cabbage and onion through meat grinder, using coarse cutter.

3Combine ginger, salt and soy sauce. Add to meat mixture.

4Mix well.

5Shape into balls about 1 to 1 1/2-inches.

6Fry in oil or shortening until done, browning well on all sides.
