  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. honey

Directions

    Sprinkle ribs with ginger and garlic powder.

    Mix together soy sauce and honey.

    Brush mixture on ribs.

    Line a baking pan with foil.

    Place ribs in pan and bake at 350° for 2 hours, basting frequently and turning after the first hour.
