  • 1 can La Choy Chinese vegetables
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can LeSueur peas
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1 c. thinly sliced onions
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. sugar or artificial sweetener

    Drain all canned vegetables and rinse.

    Pour vinegar and sweetener or sugar over and mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
