- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 tsp. of garlic juice
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 6 plain vegetables
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250F.

2Blend soy sauce, oil, garlic juice, sugar and 2 Tbsp. of water.

3Stir until sugar dissolves.

4Set aside.

5Cut 3 bagels crosswise in half in semicircle.

6Lay onto cut edge and cut into 7-8 thin slices.

7Brush both sides of the slices lightly and evenly with soy mixture, stirring mixture frequently.

8Place slices in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake for 45 minutes.

9Remove bagel chips to wire rack to cool. Cool completely.

10Store chips in a sealable container.
