- 2 Tbsp. each: soy sauce and water
- 1 tsp. each: cornstarch and brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dark sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. each: minced garlic and ginger
Directions

1Place beans in vegetable steamer and steam for 6 minutes or until crisp-tender.

2Cool under cool running water and drain.

3Mix soy sauce, water, cornstarch, sugar, sesame oil and crushed red pepper in a small bowl until the cornstarch is well blended.
