- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Bring water to a boil in saucepan.

2Stir in rice.

3Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes.

4Meanwhile, cook eggs in butter in a 10-inch skillet until set.

5Add onion and rice.

6Cook and stir over medium heat until rice and onion are lightly browned.

7Combine remaining water and soy sauce.

8Stir in the rice.
