Chip Beef Cheese Ball

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large jar chipped, dried beef, chopped well
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. milk (if needed)

Directions

    Cream all ingredients together, saving enough chipped beef to roll cheese ball in.

    Shape into 1 large or 2 small cheese balls. Chill until firm and roll in the reserved chip beef.

    Serve with crackers.
