  • 2 unbaked pie crusts
  • 1 3/4 sticks butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. (two 6 oz. pkg.) chocolate chips
  • 2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Melt the butter and let cool.

    Beat eggs by hand until frothy. Add the sugar, flour, butter and vanilla; mix well by hand only. Add the chocolate chips and nuts.

    Pour into pie shells and bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown and solid in center.
