- 2 cups Cooked Chickpeas (if Canned, Drain And Rinsed)
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Chipotle Chili In Adobo Sauce, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Adobo Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil, parchment paper or a Silpat.

2Place chickpeas on a paper towel and pat completely dry.

3Remove any loose skins.

4In a medium size bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, chipotle chili, adobo sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper.

5Whisk until combined and add the chickpeas.

6Toss well.

7Place chickpeas on the prepared baking sheet, making sure chickpeas are in a single layer.

8Bake for 15 minutes, toss well and flip, then bake for about 15 minutes.

9Let cool (right, like that is possible) and eat!
