- 1 7.5-oz can chipotles in adobo
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions

1In a small pot, boil some water. Add the garlic and cook for 3 minutes, then drain. This will take the bitter edge off the garlic.

2In a blender or food processor or using an emersion blender, whiz the garlic, chipotles, honey, vegetable oil, 1/3 cup water, and 1 teaspoon salt. Blend until the chiles are completely broken down and the sauce is smooth.
