  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried chipped beef
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Shred chipped beef and combine with cream cheese which has been softened; add green pepper, onion and black pepper.

    Fold in sour cream.

    Pour into small baking dish, top with pecans and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Serve with crackers.
