  • 1 lb. potato starch
  • 1 c. water
  • 6 slices bread
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients.

    Put bread in the middle of a ball formed around the piece of bread.

    Place in boiling water.

    Simmer for 20 minutes.

    Serve with roast beef, roast pork, etc.
