  • 150g OREO* Original Cookies , crushed
  • 50g butter, melted
  • 500g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • Rind and juice 1 lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 100g fresh or frozen raspberries

Directions

    Combine the Oreo* crumbs and butter, press into the base of a 20 x 25cm tin.

    Chill.

    Beat the Philly*, sugar and lemon juice using an electric mixer until smooth.

    Beat in the eggs, sour cream and flour until well combined.

    Stir in the lemon rind.

    Pour mixture into prepared base, sprinkle with the raspberries and bake at 160C for 1 hour.

    Allow to cool, then slice and serve warm or chilled.
