  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. shredded coconut
  • 2 c. corn flakes
  • 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate

Directions

    Start the oven at 300°. Add salt to egg whites. Beat until eggs are frothy. Beat in sugar, about 2 tablespoons at a time. Add vanilla. Gently stir in coconut, corn flakes and chocolate. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
