  • 14 cup butter
  • 1 cup avocado puree
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 12 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 14 cup cornstarch or 14 cup arrowroot

    In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

    Stir in the avocado puree, sugar, cocoa powder , and vanilla.

    Cook, mashing well with a spoon to smooth out any lumps of avocado, until the mixture thickens, 3 to 4 minutes.

    Off the heat, gradually stir in the cornstarch.

    Serve warm.
