- 1/4 c. Dutch process cocoa
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
- 1/2 c. whole milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 c. firmly packed soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. liquid egg substitute
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Combine cocoa and sugar in medium saucepan, pressing out all lumps.

2Then blend in evaporated milk and whole milk.

3Set over high heat.

4Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes until sugar dissolves completely.

5Set off heat.

6Mix in oil and bread crumbs.

7Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
