Mexican Chocolate Cake

- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate or 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. sour milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. unsifted flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Combine margarine, oil, chocolate and water in a saucepan and heat until chocolate is melted.

2Cool to lukewarm.

3Combine flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, salt, milk, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl; add chocolate mixture.

4Pour into a greased and floured 12 x 8-inch cake pan.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Five minutes before cake is done, prepare frosting.
