- 1 cup vegatable oil or melted butter
- 2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup cocoa
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180oC.

2Grease a 9x13 inch baking tray.

3Blend together the oil, sugar and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.

4Add the eggs into the mixture and beat well with a wooden spoon.

5In a seperate bowl combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.

6Gradually add the mixture to the egg mixture and mix until well blended.

7When both mixtures are well combined spread the mixture in the baking tray.

8Finally bake for 15-20 minutes.
