Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 c. Gallo white Port wine
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. hot coffee

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients by hand until well mixed, then remaining ingredients.

    Mix well (2 minutes with electric mixer). Pour in a Bundt pan sprayed with Pam.

    Bake at 325° for 45 to 55 minutes.

    Test with cake tester for doneness.

    Cool on rack 20 minutes.

    Remove from pan, cool, then ice with Betty Crocker chocolate icing.
