- 1 c. brown sugar, sifted (sift before measuring)
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- devil's food cake mix
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Directions

1Pour brown sugar, cocoa and water into pan. Sprinkle miniature marshmallows over mixture. Mix devil's food cake as directed on box, adding vanilla. Pour over mixture. Sprinkle coarsely chopped pecans over cake mix. Bake in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan at 350° for 50 minutes or until done. Let cool. Cut in squares and serve with sauce side up.
