  • 5 eggs.
  • 2 1/2 cups caster sugar.
  • 300 mil canola oil.
  • 1/4 cup expresso coffee.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence or paste.
  • 250 good quality chocolate, melted.
  • 2 cups flour.
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder.
  • 1 cup cocoa.
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
  • 200 mil milk.
  • Chocolate Ganache:
  • 200 grams good quality dark chocolate. (50%)
  • 1/2 cup cream.
