  • 1 7/8 cups unsweetened chocolate
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 10 egg whites beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup margarine melted
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 7/8 cups unsweetened chocolate
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 can condensed milk

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius degrees.

    Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

    Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, then the melted margarine and melted chocolate, flour and baking powder; and finally, the beaten egg whites.

    Pour into a greased and floured, high-sided cake pan.

    Bake for about 30 minutes.

    Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

    Melt the margarine and let cool, then stir it a little.

    Mix the margarine and the chocolate, then add the condensed milk.

    Mix until you get a homogeneous consistency.

    When the cake is cold, cut it in half, and spread icing on the bottom half. Replace the top of the cake, and ice the entire surface.
