  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine butter, oil, cocoa and water; bring to a boil. Combine sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon in a bowl; pour butter mixture over. Mix in remaining ingredients. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes in 9 x 13 pan.
