- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/3 c. coconut
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Line cookie sheet with foil.

2Melt butter and pour into cookie sheet.

3Add pecans and coconut, then the Eagle Brand milk.

4Beat eggs until fluffy and gradually add rest of ingredients.

5Pour cake batter over ingredients in cookie sheet.

6Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until top springs back.

7Sprinkle cake with powdered sugar and cover with a towel.

8Invert cake on towel and remove pan and foil.

9Roll cake starting at the short side.
