Chocolate Candy Mounds

  • 8 ounces milk chocolate
  • 1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups corn flakes (I prefer to slightly crush them)

Directions

    Chop chocolate into bite-sized pieces and melt over a double boiler.

    (Make sure the water doesn't spatter into your chocolate, or you will ruin it!

    Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and cornflakes.

    Drop by teaspoons on a waxed-paper lined cookie sheet.

    Let harden for 3-4 hours.

    Do NOT refrigerate!
