- 64 caramels
- 10 tbsp. milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
Directions

1Melt caramel with milk, then cool.

2Blend flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, baking soda, salt and butter.

3Put half of oatmeal mixture in 9x13-inch buttered pan and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350F.

4Put chocolate chips over crust.

5Drizzle caramel over chocolate chips and sprinkle rest of oatmeal mixture on top.

6Bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
