  • 64 caramels
  • 10 tbsp. milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1-1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1-1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Directions

    Melt caramel with milk, then cool.

    Blend flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, baking soda, salt and butter.

    Put half of oatmeal mixture in 9x13-inch buttered pan and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350F.

    Put chocolate chips over crust.

    Drizzle caramel over chocolate chips and sprinkle rest of oatmeal mixture on top.

    Bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
