- 6 finely crushed chocolate wafers
- 1 c. light cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
Directions

1Sprinkle chocolate wafer crumbs in bottom of a 7-inch spring-form pan.

2Set aside.

3Position knife blade in food processor.

4Add cream cheese and next 7 ingredients, mixing until smooth.

5Add egg and mix until blended.

6Fold in chocolate chips. Pour mixture over crumbs in pan.

7Bake at 300° for 65 to 70 minutes or until set.

8Let cool in pan.

9Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Remove sides of pan and serve.
