  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions

    Mix flour, oleo and pecans together and pour in pan for crust. Cook and cool.

    Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip and pour over crust.

    Mix pudding according to directions on box. Pour over cream cheese mix.

    Add layer of Cool Whip.

    Sprinkle with nuts.

    Refrigerate.
