Chocolate Cherry Cake

  • 1 (2-layer) pkg. dark chocolate cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
  • 1/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar

Directions

    Combine cake mix and eggs in mixer bowl; beat well.

    Add cherry pie filling; mix well.

    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan for several minutes.

    Remove to wire rack to cool completely.

    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
