  • 18.25 oz. yellow cake mix
  • 3.9 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 oz. regular sour cream
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • sifted confectioners sugar

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients with a wire whisk to remove large lumps. Add oil and next 3 ingredients, stirring until smooth. Stir in chocolate morsels. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until wooden toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes on wire rack. Remove from pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
