  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 small (4 oz.) boxes instant chocolate or vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. nuts (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl, adding chocolate chips and nuts last.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour in a Bundt pan (greased and floured).

    Cake is done when it bounces back when touched or toothpick comes out clean when inserted.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
